What inspires you as an arts leader?

Conversation, collaboration, and creativity. Arts leaders are fortunate in the sense that all we have to do is simply talk, read, and listen in order to discover new ideas. I’m lucky that all of my mentors are the smartest females I have ever met. I can just sit down with them and listen and I know I will be inspired by different thoughts and ideas.

What inspires you as an arts leader?

Working for an organization or a cause that I am passionate about, and working with a team (coworkers, other artists, even friends) who are similarly passionate about the work.

There are also few things more inspiring than seeing a kid light up when they first see a play, or create art.
