Hylton Performing Arts Center Operating as a partnership between Prince William County, the City of Manassas, George Mason University, and the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Hylton Performing Arts Center, entertains, educates, and enriches the Northern Virginia community by providing diverse and accessible arts experiences in state-of-the art venues. Internship opportunities are available in areas of development, marketing, venue management, and operations.

The Center for the ArtThe Center for the Arts, a 2,000 seat concert hall located on the Fairfax campus, offers internship opportunities for Mason students interested in performing arts management. At the Center for the Arts, interns have the ability to specialize in public relations, marketing, and communications, or operations, house management, and box office management.s

The Potomac Arts Academy, located in Fairfax, is a vital part of the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University, bringing university quality arts instruction to the community, whether it’s through innovative and inspiring music, theater, visual art and computer gaming classes or through a variety of special events and programs focused on teacher education and enrichment. The Potomac Arts Academy seeks to enrich the lives of community members of all ages, skill levels and socio-economic backgrounds by providing the highest caliber of artistic instruction in an accessible and nurturing environment. internships are available in the areas of operations, marketing, community engagement.
