Program Scholarships
Mason considers all Arts Management applicants for general university scholarships.
The Arts Management program offers a limited number of scholarships to top incoming students who apply by the priority scholarship deadline.
Military Scholarships and Education Benefits
In addition to GI Bill assistance, there are education benefits and scholarships available for active military, veterans, and their dependents. The Office of Military Services can assist veterans, active duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, and dependents in obtaining financial aid.
Study Abroad Scholarships and Funding
The International Arts Management Study Abroad Course offers financial aid to those who qualify through Mason Study Abroad.
Fellowships
The Office of Graduate Fellowships provides information on extramural fellowship, scholarship, and grant opportunities to support graduate-level research, study, training, and professional development.
In addition to web-based resources, the office holds information sessions and workshops on fellowship opportunities and provides advising, coaching, and editorial support for Mason graduate students seeking and applying for external funding.
Assistantships
These university employment positions are options for full-time graduate students with a minimum 3.0 GPA in good academic standing. They include:
- Graduate Teaching Assistantship: Students participate in the instruction, advising, and evaluation of undergraduates under faculty supervision.
- Graduate Research Assistantship: Students participate directly in research or research-support activities under faculty supervision.
- Graduate Professional Assistantship: Students in a non-teaching, non-research position related to their academic program gain experience, practice, and guidance through work that is strongly linked to their field of study and career path.

Internal and External Scholarships
The Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) provides the Mason Scholarship Application for continuing undergraduate students and the Outside Scholarship List for undergraduate and graduate students to browse. OSFA posts scholarship opportunities throughout the year.
International Students
Students who are non-US citizens or non-residents, are not eligible for federal financial aid. However, there are internal and external scholarships available to students, as well as loan options for financing your education. Learn more.
