Greater Reston Art Center, Graphic Design Internship

The Greater Reston Arts Center is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of arts professionals. We seek interns who are organized, creative, and motivated to gain insight and experience into how a contemporary arts center operates. Interns will gain knowledge in a variety of areas including hands-on experience in graphic design, marketing, social media, etc. Applicants should be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Internships are unpaid, but offer the opportunity to build professional skills and relationships with experienced mentors.

Students from all disciplines are welcome to apply, however, applicants should have taken a minimum of two studio art and/or art history courses and be at least a junior.
Graduate students are also welcome to apply.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Due dates for each semester are as follows: Spring Semester: November 1st, Summer Semester: April 1st, Fall Semester: June 1st
