About Collectors’ Night & the WPA Art Auction
One of the most anticipated annual events on the DC art calendar, Collectors’ Night is a fundraising party that supports artists and WPA’s artist-organized programs. This year, Collectors’ Night will be held on Friday, June 3, in a rooftop venue near the National Portrait Gallery/SAAM. The event kicks off the WPA Art Auction, a two-week sale on Artsy featuring the work of 94 artists from the DC and beyond. Featured artists include Derrick Adams, Woody De Othello, Dean Kessman, Maggie Michael, and Renée Stout.

About WPA
Founded in 1975, WPA is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to supporting collaborative, artist-organized research and cultural production. WPA also runs WPA books+editions, and manages Wherewithal Grants, a regrant program for individual artists and artist collectives in the Greater Washington area, funded by the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
