Santa Fe Opera Seeks Summer Interns

Body

Santa Fe Opera Summer Internship Opportunity

Santa Fe Opera seeks to fill several summer internship positions. The administrative internships are paid positions. Salary is the current county living wage (as of January 13, 2023: $12.95 per hour for a 40-hour work week). Generally, overtime is not required but, in those weeks, where hours worked exceed 40, those hours are paid at time and one half. The Opera’s housing office can assist in locating shared housing when required. If housing is provided, an amount of 15% of gross earnings each week would be deducted. The Opera would supplement additional rental expense. A travel or mileage subsidy is available, based on the departure and return locations. It is very helpful to bring a personal car to Santa Fe for the summer, as there is no public transportation between Santa Fe and the Opera house.
