  • (NEW!) Mississippi State University seeks Assistant Professor-Curator of Exhibits and Engagement. The Mississippi State University Library system is comprised of six libraries. This role will oversee exhibit research, design, and content development, write and edit interpretive text, collaborate closely with graphic designers to conceptualize, develop, and refine designs that align with library and MSU standards and branding. Learn more about this position here.
  • Hylton Performing Arts Center seeks Director of Development. The Director of Development is the lead fundraising officer for the Hylton Performing Arts Center and a member of the leadership team for the College of Visual and Performing Arts. The position’s primary responsibilities include working closely with the Dean/Executive Director of the Hylton Center, program directors, volunteer/advisory boards and committees, faculty in the College of Visual and Performing Arts, and HPAC/CVPA senior staff members to develop fundraising priorities and strategies. Internships

  • (NEW!) Smithsonian American Art Museum seeks Betsy James Wyeth Fellow in Native American Art. Applications are open to apply for the Betsy James Wyeth Fellow in Native American Art, 2024–2025, a one-year residential fellowship at the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM). The proposed independent project may focus on historic or contemporary Native American artists, designers, and makers, and will center and elevate Indigenous methodologies, knowledges, and communities. The recipient will be jointly advised by a SAAM and NMAI staff member and provided with access to both museums’ resources.
  • (NEW!) Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center seeks Fundraising & Donor Relations Intern. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis and will not be considered after December 1. This is a paid part-time position ($12/hour; up to 21 hours per week). Applicants must be physically located in and have a local address in VA, MD, or DC. You will gain practical professional experience with portfolio-building and meaningful projects.   • Meridian International Center’s Fellowship Program helps fellows develop the professional experience that will allow them to explore the fields of diplomacy and international affairs by gaining an overview of the operations of a nonprofit public diplomacy center. The fellowship includes professional development activities, including mentorship, training and education sessions, lunches with senior leadership, and an opportunity to create a capstone project that can be used as part of a professional portfolio.
